This Extended Warranty provides 2 years of coverage for your Nexis™ device against manufacturing defects and component failures.

How Service Works (You Choose):

If your device malfunctions, you have two options to get back in action:

Option 1: Standard Repair (Free Service)

1. Process: You ship the defective unit to our service center. We repair it and ship it back to you.
2. Cost: $0 for repair. (You are responsible for shipping the unit to us; we pay for shipping it back to you).
3. Time: Approx. 3-5 weeks turnaround time.

Option 2: Express Replacement (Fastest)

1. Process: Don't want to wait? Send us a video of the defect. Once verified, we ship you a brand-new replacement unit immediately. No need to ship the old one back.
2. Cost: $99 Deductible Fee.
3. Time: Ships within 48 hours.

What is Covered:
Internal sensors, screens, buttons, and battery failures due to normal use.

What is NOT Covered:
Lost/stolen items, water submersion damage, or damage caused by drops/accidents.
