Overview

Our shipping insurance provides protection for all eligible orders placed on HEATNV.com, covering your items from dispatch to delivery. Regardless of the order value, our shipping insurance protects your purchase from dispatch to delivery against loss, damage, or theft.

Coverage Details

1. Loss or Damage
Covers the full value of your order if it is lost or damaged while in transit from our warehouse to your delivery address.

2. Carrier Mishandling
Includes coverage for damages directly caused by carrier mishandling (e.g., impact, crushing, or water damage during shipment).

3. Theft
Protects against theft of your parcel from shipment to delivery, provided proof such as a police report or carrier confirmation is provided.

Claim Procedure

Reporting:
Please report any loss or damage to our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your package (or the expected delivery date if it was never received).

Documentation:
You may be asked to provide supporting evidence such as photos of damaged goods and packaging, or an official report for theft claims.

Assessment & Resolution:
Once verified, valid claims will be resolved by either:

1、Sending a replacement at no additional cost, or

2、Issuing a full refund for the affected item(s).

Exclusions

1、Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or accidents.

2、Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

3、Minor cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance.

Losses caused by natural disasters or circumstances beyond carrier control.

Limitations

1.Claim Window: All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).
2.Claim Limit: Coverage cannot exceed the total purchase price of the insured item(s).
3.Deductible: A small deductible may apply; the amount will be shown at checkout (if applicable).

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the country in which the product was purchased. Any disputes will be handled accordingly.
