Mounted it on my AR this weekend — super easy install, and I was honestly surprised how solid it felt once locked in. Took it out for a quick field test and the thermal mode picks up heat signatures way better than expected, even in low contrast environments. The display isn’t ultra HD obviously, but more than enough for spotting movement out past 100 yards. Battery held up well for a couple hours of use. This setup is perfect for hog hunting or night patrol on the property. If you’re looking for a reliable budget thermal scope, this one punches way above its weight.

Absolutely fantastic technology. The rudimentary method of focusing confused me at first as the lenses simply unscrew and will come off instead of a simple rotate such as a camera lens does. However, I highly recommend this product.

I have been looking for a quality thermal scope for a less than arm and a leg price. I believe this fills the bill. I went with heatnv because of the thermal image mode and night vision mode, the 60Hz frame rate, and several written reviews showing the advantages. my initial opinion is that for the price, it is as good as it gets. It feels high quality, not a cheap plastic piece. If you're not a millionaire, this thermal scope should do the trick. I know I'm happy with it.

Our Thermal copes has a built in battery which can last up to 1.5-2 hours of constant use. It also supports charging on the go, so you can plug in a portable charger wearing it making the battery life quite unlimited.

Yes! However, the clarity of the imagery would be significantly reduced since our device relies on infrared lighting. However, it can still see in the dark without IR light better than the naked eye.

The product performs as advertised for the most part but the thermal mode will randomly refresh that will freeze the image on screen for a split second however 80% of the time it works very smoothly. The night vision having an active IR illumination does make it impossible to look through a sight unless they're iron sights I haven't tried it with a IR Lazer yet but I assume that will make target acquisition easier; that being said the image is very clear not grainy at all but the focal lense needs adjustment because at the center of it theres some sort of distortion that makes the image fuzzy unless you have the focal lense adjusted perfectly if that wasn't there I'd rate it 4 stars.

With a little self-assembly, the kit came together nicely. They had to send the battery separately as it was not included in the original shipment, but that was resolved quickly and easily. The unit works well, but could be improved with a locking ring when setting the eye relief. I am pleased with my purchase and appreciate the follow up from the company to make sure everything went well.
